Daylight Savings: Spring Forward

While Daylight Savings makes me even angrier after having kids, I’ve learned to accept and adjust accordingly. I’m hoping this helps break it down for you. BASICALLY:

This Sunday, clocks will roll forward an hour but we will feel like it’s an hour earlier.

For example, if you’re schedule is:
7am wake
12pm nap
7pm bedtime

You can choose whether you want to “do nothing” AKA accept a later (8am) wake and bedtime.

Or tweak your schedule to start a little earlier this weekend Saturday (wake time, naps, & bedtime all 15 mins earlier) and Sunday (wake time, naps, & bedtime all 30 mins earlier) to gradually prep them for school/daycare Monday.

That’s really it. It’s annoying, but there you go. My IG post may help more visually, but let me know if you have any other questions other than the same one I have, which is…STILL? WHY???

Happy Spring <3
