Baby Sleep Support On A Tight Budget

Want baby or toddler sleep support but also finding it hard to make ends meet? Let us help you with our quick and easy sleep course for just $49 and get started right away! Our quick guide busts through the internet BS, getting down to the nitty gritty of what exactly you need to do (step-by-step instructions) to improve your family’s sleep in about 30-45 minutes tops.

Feel like maybe a course isn’t enough support? You can also purchase an additional $49 consultation call to go over any remaining questions, details, or plans based off the guide. Why me? Because not only am I a mom of two toddlers, but I do this all day, every day…and don’t stop until I see results. After working with hundreds of families a year, I’ve come to realize that it’s less about the “method” and more about the right approach for you and your family, and having someone with loads of experience devise a plan, (lovingly) hold you accountable, tell you what’s normal, and help guide you during our implementation period. We WILL meet your goals together.

Our baby sleep consulting course is designed to equip you with the knowledge, strategies, and tools needed to help address sleep challenges with your infants or young children. This course is for parents looking for practical, professional guidance on the following:

1. Developing Your Baby’s Schedule

Understand how much sleep babies and toddlers need at different ages, and how sleep patterns change over time, and how much your baby specifically needs throughout the day to maximize nighttime sleep. The baby sleep world likes to push certain numbers of hours on families, but the truth is, sometimes that set number isn’t right for your little one and ends up making our parental anxieties even worse. So let’s work towards finding out what that number is instead of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole.

2. Address Common Baby Sleep Challenges

  • Night Wakings: Causes of frequent night wakings and how to address them.

  • Napping Issues: How to deal with short naps, nap refusal, or irregular nap schedules.

  • Early Rising: Helping babies who wake up too early in the morning.

  • Teething and Illness: How temporary discomfort can affect sleep and how to manage it.

  • Regressions/”Progressions”: Establishing new patterns that reinforce sleep.

3. Detailed, Step-by-Step Instruction on ALL Sleep Approaches

From the gentlest, no-cry approach, to behavioral approaches, to a more traditional route, learn how to implement all of them so you can do this effectively. Any questions? Add on a call! This course clearly outlines the pros and cons of the methods and what to expect when implementing them.

4. Creating Safe, Healthy Sleep Environments

Tips on creating a sleep-friendly room, including ideal lighting, noise levels, and temperature, but more importantly, sleep safety. I don’t present anything fear-based, rather I believe in presenting the facts and letting parents choose from there. We’ll work on sleep cues, routines, associations, and sleep health.

5. Cultural and Parenting Considerations

Recognizing that sleep practices vary widely across cultures and respecting different parenting styles is a KEY piece to the your child’s sleep puzzle. We want to find out what is realistic and sustainable for you as a family, versus adding MORE pressure to the parents. I’m a firm believer in Personalized Plans: Tailoring sleep solutions to fit the unique needs of each baby and family, and offering strategies to help parents cope with sleep deprivation and to provide encouragement throughout their sleep journeys.

You can stick with the course, or “up” your level of support with me. I meld with your personal family’s style and comfort level! More testimonials are HERE.

6. Assessment and Troubleshooting

A big part of the course is addressing what needs to be ruled out before tackling sleep in the first place. How to track sleep patterns, and interpret sleep data to diagnose problems. We then move towards Problem-Solving Techniques: Tools for addressing specific issues, like cluster feeding, pacifier dependency, or difficulty transitioning from co-sleeping to crib sleeping.

I can’t wait to go on this journey with you— it’s not easy, but it’s extremely rewarding to see the relief in parents’ faces after finally getting quality family sleep. We will get there together.
